PERSUASION IN PATIENCE
Exodus 4: 1-9
Often we give to one who is stubborn useful advice, but after if he does not accept it,  either we abandonne him or we ignore him. To help Israel, God holds the lengthy persuasion.

1) People whose belief is surprisingly slow
God is aware that Moses did not really believe in Him. Moses saw the burning bush and heard the name and the desire of the Lord toward his people (14, 17). But Moses, despite all that power of the Lord, takes account only of his weakness. The Lord predicted that even if Israel sees a miracle, they do not really believe. Israel moaned to get the help of the LORD, but deep in their hearts they do not really believe.

2) God whose persuasion is surprisingly patient
Instead of blaming the opposition and excuse of Moses, God waited. As to the Israelites, before giving up, God would lead the people to belief through third miracle. As God is humble, he is patient. How should you help those who are wrong?

Prayer: Lord, we give you thanks and glory for you have the patience to help Moses accustomed to despair and disillusionment, and to help the Israelites used to slavery and sin. You are worthy to be worshiped day by day

One Word: Only the humble patient
